• Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Misuse payment gateways
• Upload harmful software or malware
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

Any illegal or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

If we determine, at our sole discretion, that your account is involved in fraud, financial misconduct, chargeback abuse, or unlawful activity, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately suspend your website
• Permanently terminate your account
• Withhold access to services
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities

No prior notice is required in such cases.

6. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

All templates, designs, UI/UX structures, layouts, source code, backend systems, platform architecture, features, branding, and technical infrastructure are the exclusive intellectual property of Weblux Solutions.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the rented website only during an active subscription period.

Ownership of the platform is never transferred.

7. Strong No Ownership Claim Clause

Under no circumstances shall the client claim ownership, intellectual property rights, or proprietary interest in:

• Website design
• Platform structure
• Source code
• Backend systems
• Database schema
• Hosting architecture
• Custom modules or features
• APIs and integrations

The website is provided strictly under a rental model.

You shall not:

• Copy, clone, reverse engineer, or replicate our system
• Extract source code
• Claim authorship of the platform
• Register similar systems derived from our structure
• Hire third parties to duplicate our platform

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Right to Suspend Services Without Prior Notice

Weblux Solutions reserves the absolute right to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate any website or account at any time without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment
• Fraud or illegal activities
• Chargeback abuse
• Harmful or abusive behavior
• Activities damaging our infrastructure or reputation

Suspension may be temporary or permanent at our sole discretion.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription.

Weblux Solutions may terminate services immediately for:

Upon termination:

• Access to the dashboard will be revoked
• No refund shall be provided
• Data retention will follow internal policies

We reserve the right to permanently delete terminated accounts after a reasonable period.

10. Support Policy

Regular support is provided only during official business hours.

24/7 support is available strictly for emergency cases such as:

• Complete website downtime
• Server failure
• Critical payment gateway malfunction

Feature updates, design edits, or customization requests are NOT considered emergencies.

Weblux Solutions reserves the right to determine what qualifies as an emergency.

11. Data, Downtime & Recovery Assistance

While we strive for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee continuous availability.

In case of technical failure or downtime:

• We will provide reasonable assistance
• We may attempt data recovery from available backups

However, we are not responsible for:

• Data loss caused by third-party services
• User negligence
• Cyberattacks
• Force majeure events

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weblux Solutions shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Reputational damage
